Methodology
Beginning with a list of luxury home features taken from list articles, we took the total number of searches for each feature in 2021 and 2022 according to Keyword Planner.
We used these figures to find the percentage increase in searches between 2021 and 2022 and then used this percentage increase to predict the total searches for 2023.
