The Edge Insulation 50m roll is used with screeded floors, positioned around the edge of the room, to minimise unwanted heat loss and allow for expansion. Lay the Edge Insulation against all walls to prevent the screed from bridging the gap between the edge of the wall and the floor insulation. Easily trim any surplus insulation showing above the top of the finished floor once the screed has cured.
Place the Edge Insulation around the perimeter of the room heated area and can be easily be fitted using a staple gun. Once in place the final screed/concrete is then applied.
